Job Duties

• Overall scheduling and task assignments for yard staff

• Management of parking lots and laydown areas

• Coordination with NSE representatives and escorting irregular deliveries

• Weekly/Daily delivery notifications to customers for equipment and offloading

• Truck arrival notifications and field preparation checks

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in unionized and/or non-unionized environments.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with SAP or WMS preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing and/or logistics operations is considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
