• Days: Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)

• Time: 2:00 PM start – until 10:30 PM or 3:00 AM

• Shift finish time may vary depending on workload or operational needs

  
  

Job Duties

• Manage warehouse operators’ daily activities, including monitoring attendance, break times, and overtime participation

• Monitor operator performance and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs); conduct training for new operators as needed

• Oversee and support checkers, responding to issues and providing necessary assistance

• Handle administrative support tasks related to warehouse operations

• Investigate and resolve inventory issues related to the picking process

• Manage general logistics (GL) and pallet movement, including offloading, loading, and putaway

• Maintain overall warehouse cleanliness and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met

• Manage truck-related tasks, including scheduling preventive maintenance (PM) services and reporting operational issues

• Support and contribute to achieving the daily shipping and productivity targets

  
  

Job Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a warehouse setting (references will be required and verified)

• Willing and able to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and effective verbal/written communication in English

• Hands-on experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Proficiency in English and Korean (both written and verbal)

• CA$18.00 - CA$25.00 per hour
