Vacancy Description
Job Duties
Maintain and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Support day-to-day office operations such as supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks
Identify and implement process improvements for smoother administrative workflows
Coordinate mandatory safety training sessions, track completion, and manage all related documentation for warehouse access
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and internal company policies
Provide daily administrative support to the HR team and collaborate with other departments as needed
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR, GA, or administrative operations
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a mature and responsible attitude
Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is a plus
Familiarity with HR systems, safety documentation, and office tools is preferred
