Job Duties
Arrange and coordinate transportation for customer returns
Verify RMAs and follow up on missing or invalid information
Consolidate return shipments to reduce transportation costs
Provide RMA and BOL documentation to carriers
Schedule return deliveries to LG warehouse or as-is dealers
Manage reverse logistics for returned products
Act as the primary contact for return shipments and carriers
Respond to group emails in a timely manner
Track RMAs and investigate cases open over 30 days
Handle rail billing and related administrative tasks
Escalate carrier issues to the Manager as needed
Perform additional assigned duties
Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a customer service–related role
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
Warehouse experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work independently
Team player with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure
