Job Duties
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Support financial and administrative tasks as required.
Handle shipment orders, including dispatch planning, inventory control, and return processing.
Manage inbound and outbound operations for general cargo.
Schedule and monitor receiving and shipping activities, ensuring timely updates in the company’s TMS (Transportation Management System).
Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with all WorkSafeBC safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
2–6 years of relevant work experience in logistics, administration, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of standard office equipment.
A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
