Job Duties:

• Could Physically load freight into trailers and process paperwork.

• Label and separate parcels according to carrier specifications, preparing them for shipment.

• Manage inventory and pick orders when needed.

• Observe different processes for different customers as required.

• Licensed for operation of stand-up Raymond Forklift.

• Assure that deadlines are met at all times.

• Be able to work on the floor with their team to maintain a team work environment

• Other duties as requested

Responsibilities:

• Palletization of ordersLoading of orders (trailers)

• Order loading (Case Pick)

• Order tracking

• Creation of the Dock Lane

• Close the Manifests

• Creation of BOL and MBOL

• Sends end-of-day emails and other administrative tasks

• Operational follow-up with dock workers

• Operational support to other departments if requested

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 1 year prior dispatch experience is required.

• Previous experience and/or a familiarity with trucking is required

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent problem solving skills

• Proficient in Windows Outlook, Microsoft excel, and a transportation management system

• Proven experience handling multiple priorities
